At ShapeDegree, we take pride in providing premium-quality shapewear designed to help you look and feel your best. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
By placing an order on www.shapedegree.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Be in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all original tags, labels, and protective liners (if applicable).
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Hygiene Policy
For health and hygiene reasons, opened, tried on, worn, washed, or altered shapewear and intimate garments cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.
To ensure every customer receives a brand-new garment, we cannot accept items showing signs of wear, including but not limited to:
- Makeup or deodorant stains
- Perfume or fragrance
- Pet hair or lint
- Odors
- Stretching or damage
- Missing tags or protective packaging
We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us maintain the highest quality and hygiene standards.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please email info@shapedegree.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once your approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or worn shapewear
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Gift cards
- Final Sale or Clearance items
- Promotional or complimentary items
- Any product specifically marked as non-returnable
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for products that are:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly shipped
If you need an exchange for one of these reasons, please contact us before returning your item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If your order qualifies under this policy, you may request a return after delivery.
Return Shipping
Please do not send any items back without first contacting us.
To initiate a return, email info@shapedegree.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ShapeDegree is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
Chargebacks
If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our Customer Support team before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
